When you appoint a Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) you need someone who will not only advise you on the safe transport of your dangerous goods but also help with your additional health, safety, waste and environmental duties. These include REACH, CLP, Biocidal Products Regulations (BPR), Hazardous Waste Regulations, Environmental Permitting Regulations (EPR), COSHH, COMAH etc.

This means at ChemRegs we are not just Dangerous Goods Safety Advisers (DGSA). We are additionally experienced and degree qualified in law, occupational health and safety, environmental and waste management, so that we can help you through the minefield of complex multi disciplinary legislation.
